Information you provide

When you request a quote, we collect the contact information and trip details you submit. These may include your name, email, phone number, travel dates, pickup and destination, passenger count, vehicle preference and notes. Please do not include payment-card details, identity documents or information unrelated to your trip.

How we use it

The booking team uses this information to respond to your request, check service availability and coordinate a booking if you proceed. Relevant trip and contact details may be shared with the independent transport provider handling your request or service.

Website and service providers

Namecheap hosts the WordPress website. Cloudflare provides website security and quote-processing infrastructure. Workflow and email services deliver requests to the booking team. These services process information needed to operate the website and handle requests. Technical records can include your IP address, browser information, source page and campaign details. Security and login features may use cookies.

Quote messages and marketing

Requesting a quote allows the team to contact you about that request and related trip arrangements. You do not have to join a marketing list to receive a quote. A quote request alone is not a marketing subscription.

Records and privacy requests

We keep inquiry and booking records for service administration and applicable recordkeeping. Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided. We review these requests alongside any booking, dispute or legal-record requirements. We may need to verify that a request comes from the person concerned.
