Requests are not reservations

This website lets you request a transportation quote. Submitting the form or receiving a request acknowledgment does not reserve a vehicle or confirm a booking.

Written quotes

Published prices are approximate starting figures. Your route, schedule, vehicle, passenger and luggage requirements can affect the final quote. Hourly minimums apply to hourly service; airport transfers are priced separately. Review the services, inclusions, additional charges and quote validity stated in your written quote.

Transport providers

Rent Sprinter Van arranges transportation through independent local providers. Before you commit, the written booking information must identify the contracting party and the transport service being provided. Website images and a quote request do not confirm a particular vehicle's availability.

Booking, changes and cancellations

Payment requirements, confirmation, changes, cancellation and refund conditions are set out in the written terms supplied for your booking. Request those terms before paying. Do not assume a booking or a change is accepted until the booking team confirms it in writing.
